Where do you ship, and how long does it take?: We ship Australia-wide. Most in-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, with delivery usually 2–7 business days depending on where you are. See our shipping page for the detail.
Is shipping free?: Orders of $99 and over ship free within Australia. Smaller orders have a single flat shipping rate added at checkout.
Do you have a physical shop?: We're an online store based in Kilmore, Victoria, on the doorstep of the Golden Triangle goldfields. That keeps our range wide and our prices honest, and means we ship to your door rather than making you drive to us.
What's your returns policy?: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, and we'll make good on any faulty item. We also offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unused gear in its original packaging. Full detail on our returns & refunds page.
Are your products genuine and stocked in Australia?: Yes, we work with Australian suppliers so your gear is genuine and ships domestically, without the long waits and warranty headaches of grey-import or overseas orders.
Is checkout secure?: Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a global payments provider, so your card details never touch our servers.
Do I need a licence to go detecting for gold?: In Victoria, yes, you need a Miner's Right to prospect for gold, including recreational detecting on public land. It's inexpensive and lasts years. Our Miner's Right guide explains how to get one.
