Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. Because we work with Australian suppliers, most orders dispatch quickly from within the country, no long overseas waits.

Dispatch & delivery times

Most in-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 2–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Some orders include items from more than one supplier, so parts of a multi-item order may arrive separately, that's normal and there's no extra charge to you.

Shipping costs

Orders of $99 and over ship free within Australia. Below that, a single flat shipping rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Most detectors and kits clear the free-shipping threshold on their own.

We'll email tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Dangerous goods (lithium batteries)

Detectors and accessories that contain lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods and are sent by road freight only (they can't travel by air). This is standard across Australia and may add a day or two to delivery for remote areas.

PO boxes & parcel lockers

Most items can go to a PO box or parcel locker; some larger/courier-only items need a street address.
