These terms apply to your use of Deep Lead Supply Co., operated by Kings AI Automation Pty Ltd (ABN 31 697 368 282). By placing an order you agree to them.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can occur.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and if we can't fulfil an order we'll refund you in full. We'll let you know if there's a problem with your order.

Availability

Stock is subject to availability from our suppliers. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll offer an alternative or a refund.

Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, guides, branding and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to replacing the goods or refunding the price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
