Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failureand to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
As the retailer, we are responsible to you for these guarantees, even though your order may be dispatched directly by one of our Australian suppliers. You deal with us, not the supplier.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what was described, contact us at hello@deeplead.kai-auto.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights, and we'll cover return postage for faulty items.
Change of mind
Beyond your legal rights above, we also offer a goodwill change-of-mind return: if you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 daysof delivery for a refund of the product price. Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost, and the item must be in resaleable condition. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your Australian Consumer Law rights.
How to start a return
- Email hello@deeplead.kai-auto.com with your order number.
- Tell us what you're returning and why (a photo helps for faulty items).
- We'll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of us receiving the returned item (or approving a faulty-item claim). Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
A note on battery-powered items
Some items contain lithium batteries, which are classed as dangerous goods and can only be sent by road freight. If you need to return one, please contact us first so we can arrange compliant return shipping.
